1) Instruction Permit
- Permits can be obtained at the Secretary of State Driver Services Facility (DMV).

- Rules of the Road books are available upon request to help you study for the written part of the test to obtain your permit.
- Both a written and a vision test will have to be passed at the Driver Services Facility before you can obtain an instruction permit.
2) Behind the Wheel Driving Times
- Please call the Business Phone Number (309-828-7623) to schedule individual behind the wheel times. Driving times are flexible and can be scheduled at various times of the day to fit your needs: during the lunch hour, evening times, and weekends. Pick up at work or home available upon request.
- Bring copy of your Illinois Instruction Permit.
- Complete the Adult Enrollment Contract in full and bring with to scheduled driving time.
- Payment for driving sessions is due prior to start of the scheduled driving time and is $70 per 1 hour session or $250 for four 1 hour sessions - $30 Savings!
- Vehicles may be used for the DMV driving test with one of our adult driving instructors and same hourly fee of $70 applies.
3) Graduated Adult Course (6 hours of classroom instruction)
- Effective July 1, 2014, a person age 18-20 who did not take an approved driver education course in high school, must successfully complete a 6 hour Adult Driver Education Course before obtaining a permit and/or driver's license.
- We are not certified by the State to teach this course, however courses are offered online. Call us for more information about the registration process for these 6 hour online courses.
