Welcome to All American Drivers Training! I have been the Business Manager since August 2020, where I have had the privilege to assist students and parents through the enrollment/registration process, answer any questions our families may have, and help keep our instructors informed and our business in compliance with the state regulations and laws.
I have worked in education for twenty years, and have always had a passion for helping students learn and succeed in any aspect of their education. When I'm not at AADT, you can find me spending time with my family or enjoying the outside! I have lived in Normal for twenty-three years with my husband, Nathan. We have two children: Bryce and Bailey, and have been blessed with two amazing grandchildren: Griffin and Ginny. Our goal at AADT is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where your student feels comfortable asking questions and mastering essential driving skills. We are so excited you chose All American Drivers Training! |
Rachel Burbridge

Hi, I am Rachel Burbridge, and I’m proud to serve as the Office Manager here at All American Drivers Training. I’m often the first point of contact for our students and families, and I love helping guide them through the process of getting started, scheduling sessions, and answering any questions along the way. My goal is to make every student feel supported and at ease from the moment they reach out to us. Learning to drive is a big step, and I enjoy being part of a team that creates a safe, positive, and encouraging experience. When I’m not in the office, I am working my full-time job as an administrative assistant in the Unit 5 school district or I am spending time with my 3 kids. I look forward to welcoming you and helping you get started on your driving journey! |
Robyn Taylor
|
Hey there! My name is Robyn and I have been with AADT for 3 years. I have one elementary aged daughter who I am hoping one of you will return the favor and teach her to drive when the time comes! When I am not with her or teaching your students how to drive, I am working with younger students as an assistant principal in Unit 5. I have been an administrator at both the high school and elementary levels, and taught junior high math for 10 years prior to moving into administration. What does that mean for you and your student? I am very patient and understanding and know that people are not going to be perfect. I pride myself on my ability to humanize, connect, and meet students where they are. I look forward to working with you all to help create the next generation of safe drivers! |
Gavin Tellor

Hi, I am Gavin Tellor. I started driving for All American April of 2025. Currently I am a Business Teacher at NCHS and I coach football at NCWHS. Normal is my hometown, and ISU is where I graduated from in May of 2024. The opportunity to drive with our future drivers has been great. I enjoy learning about my students and what they are up to, and it's especially great when I get to drive a student I’ve already taught at NCHS! Students who drive with me will get a very patient and understanding teacher, as I make an effort to make our driving experiences beneficial but relaxed. |

Just as in a classroom, I understand that each student learns at their own pace and through different methods. This enables me to identify your specific needs and tailor my teaching approach, ensuring you not only learn the rules of the road but also build the confidence and practical skills necessary to become a highly competent and safe driver. |
